Internship Summer Work Program

Since 1988, we’ve strived to share our experience with students for several reasons; to share knowledge, to improve the professionalism of our industry, and to recruit future employees.

Our internship program offers a summer work experience. You will be working under the leadership of an Account Manager. The work experience will include all landscape related fields listed below. You will be teamed up with a supervisor and foreman and will be considered a crew member during the summer. You will learn how to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This will be valuable hands on experience that can be an asset to your growth as a working professional.

Application Process

    Your resume
    (2) recommendations from your professors or faculty
    a brief statement as to why you want to be a part of this program
  3. If selected, you may be asked to come in for an interview.

Application deadline: Summer Semester - May 15th

Session Dates: (dates may vary): Summer - June 1st - August 1st

Notes: Internship ends on August 1st. If the intern wishes to keep working until the end of the summer as a regular employee, he/she can do so only if there is a position available. This is a paid position. Currently the scale will be from $8.00 - $10.00 per hour plus overtime (subject to change).

Minimum Requirements

  • You must be at least 20 years old. (Junior or Senior status only)
  • You must be 21 years old to drive our company vehicles.
  • Some of our work involves physical activity, heavy lifting and inclement weather conditions; you must be in good health and physically fit.
  • You must be willing to learn and have a good attitude.
